by owner and president, Bryan Holland

 

Qualifications: 

 

Bryan is a licensed residential builder with over 18 years experience in residential construction, renovation & remodeling and has personally experienced every facet of home construction here in the Midwest. This type of exposure gives him a keen insight into home system deficiencies and the potential damage related to such deficiencies and knows what it cost details on repairs not usually known to other inspectors that are only familair with new construction.

 

Bryan is also the former Vice-President of a locally known and highly regarded residential builder and remodeling company and has performing hundreds of quality inspections resulting in detailed exposure to development trends, standards, and building codes.

 

Bryan is a Certified Master Inspector through the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and is the Co-founder of the West Michigan Chapter of NACHI. Bryan is also a Certified Mold Inspector through Pro-Lab the worlds largest environmental testing laboratory.

Our friendly and knowledgeable office staff are there to answer all your questions and schedule your inspections

 

Monday - Saturday 9:00AM - 8:00PM.  

 

Normally, we can arrange to inspect your property within 24-48 hours and will perform inspections during evenings and weekends.
